Treet Blades AKA Butter Knife blades

The Treet Black blades really work well for me, and I get a good 5 shaves each time out of the them. Every other Treet blade I have tried though has been utterly useless.......

I will also join the 'despise' group of Treet black blades. They look great which is the reason I got them but after trying them a couple of times they are one of the top contenders for the worst DE blade in my book.

Oh yeah, the Treet Silvers were utter garbage on my face. I'm pretty tolerant of most blades, but those were real bad.

The only problem I had with the Treet Black blades was that they rusted after 5 days shaving.

I don't know if I am the only one, but I have tried the silvers and didn't think that they were that bad. Actually got a pretty smooth shave. I will agree on the blacks being garbage though.

Ok, I have to add to my previous comment.

The 1st pack of Treet black carbon blades I had were fantastic, sharp smooth, lasted many shaves.

I just opened a 2nd pack and so far it's exactly the opposite! I got many cuts, nicks and lots of tugging.

I'm thinking quality control and consistency is not Treet's strong point........

If Nffclsr got 5 shaves from a Black Beauty blade, I'll give 5 a try. I did get 2 shaves from one of these blades.

Love the Treet Classic, just heaven. Finally a blade that beats Platinum Plus Gillettes. Have to force myself to stop at 5 shaves with one.

Treet Silver,,,, one shave only per blade so far. A very good shave, but just one shave. Only work in my flare tip

I once shared a package of Treets with one I played chess with. He was obviously discomforted by the small gift and I thought I made a cultural blunder and apologized. he laughed and assured me no, but ' I would not cut the throat of even Modi with one of those terrible blades.'
