I bought a pack of 1oz sample bottles to parcel out aftershaves into for travelling, since they're small enough to meet the TSA requirements and that way I still end up with a bit of variety during a trip if I take 2 or 3. And I usually pack shave sticks for space purposes, and a synthetic brush since they dry much quicker.
If you pack a 2 or 3-piece razor definitely break it down ahead of time if its in a carry-on bag, will greatly reduce your chances of bag being flagged in the scanner. And recently I've been lucky with being able to put a DE blade in the side pocket of my dopp bag and not have it pulled.

I don't try to fly with a DE.
I carry a Gillette Guard & an M3.
Travel sized tube of cream.
No brush, & A.S. in a mini spray bottle.

Travel all the time - fly enough that TSA at home airport recognizes me.
Hate to check luggage -
Mail couple blades to first hotel - put in CD mailer.
If it is a location I go to all the time I will have a few blades in an envelope behind the desk -
As for the razor - Have a separate case and place in the tray with liquids. 90% of the time TSA will want to take a closer look. Razor is fine to carry but can not carry on blades. They just want to check. I place in small tray even though TSA pre-checked.
Saves them digging through my bag.
As for soaps - I just bring a tub. As long as it is solid or semi-solid I have had no issues ever.

It is a hassle sometimes mailing blades, but I send cheaper ones and since i stay at the same places a lot of the time (or a Marriott) it has not been an issue. They even send them back for me (unused ones) at the end of my stay.

I travel with a OneBlade razor. I don't carry blades with me as I don't check my bags. However, I have left one in the razor. It has gone through. If they ask me to remove it, I'm down a blade. Since I only go to a few locations, the hotels hold my feather blades for me. The process has worked well.

I'm looking for one too since I sold my Wolfman branded case. This one here from Waterfield looks nice: https://www.sfbags.com/products/razor-case

Found a review of it too:

I could bring whatever I wanted though. We drove to our destination.

wyze0ne what do you have your aftershaves in? Those, the Brush tube, and your Shave bowl look like great ideas for travel!

That was just a random pic I found when I googled it. Not my pic, but it really does hold that much stuff though.
