Trademark (TM) Symbol

Greetings, Team DFS!

On a Mac, typing Option/2 results in the "TM" symbol. When I type it in the post edit section, it is visible. However, when I preview the post and/or post thread, the TM symbol disappears. Any ideas why? Thank you!

I will type the TM symbol in the parenthesis here ().

I figured it out by playing around. By typing the letters TM in parenthesis, the softeware presents the actual TM symbol.
