Tongue Scrapers

I bought a metal tongue scraper years ago. I use it every night. I highly recommend it for anyone considering getting one. It's amazing the kind of gunk that builds up at the back of your tongue/throat that can cause bad breath. It certainly takes some getting used to but you get over it pretty quick. Just using a toothbrush with toothpaste would still leave a residue on my tongue and never worked that well for me.

I highly recommend it too. I use a copper one every morning.
