I have B3 (newest B3, knotted in 2019), B5, B6 and B7
So far, B7 is my least favorite of those listed above. That doesn’t mean that I don’t like it. B5 and B6 were winners right out of the box. My B3 is unique in that it has a little scritch, but also is beginning to gel a bit. It’s defintely a unique combo and good for multi day growth when the bit of scritch feels good.
My B7 is nice, but took a while to break in. It’s soft, but not B5 soft. It doesn’t gel, which is not a dealbreaker by any means. It’s a good brush, just not as unique as my others. B6 is the total package to me.

I know he has certain hole sizes for knot sizes. I know this is a question for him but he can't be reached at the moment. I just had a handle made and drilled at 1 1/16" for a 26mm synthetic. Does anyone know if he'll still do a 24mm knot in it since the requirement for a 24mm is 1"? It's only a 1/16th of an inch so I would think it's a small enough difference that he could but I'm knot the expert. Don't really care for the huge brushes.

If you remember, keep me posted. I'm curious if it will work. I would assume so but you know what they say about assuming.
