The badger had never buried anything bigger than itself, because it had never been given anything bigger than itself!  The badger won't look a gift horse cow in the mouth!

Just might be the badger is more dangerous than the straight blade.
When I die, I want to go like Gramps, quiet in his sleep - Not screaming like the passengers riding in his car.

Make no mistake, badgers can be wicked. I'm sure different breeds are have different levels of aggressiveness, though none are to be messed with.

The Honey Badger is in the Guiness Book of World Records as the most fearless creature of all. I'm pretty sure the only thing that can kill them in their habitat is a lion, which happens because Honey Badgers idea of a good time is attacking lions. Sometimes they beat the lion up, and this is a 30 lb badger.

Nothing will challenge the Honey Badger. Adult lions usually consider them too much trouble, but then the Honey Badger attacks them.

They also like to eat Cobra's. If a king cobra bites the Honey badger, he goes to sleep for a few minutes, then wakes up and is fine.
