I recalled one of your videos showing the PAA brush cleaner. I took your advice and bought one, hoping to remove some residual fragrance in a boar brush that was kindly gifted to me. I had used the brush upon receiving it and had no problems. After the cleaning, I rinsed and used the brush several days later. And my face started tingling by the second pass. My best guess is that I didn't rinse the brush well.
How have your experience been? Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful!

That's interesting. I've never had that problem before. It does have vinegar and borax, so I suppose if it wasn't rinsed well and you were sensitive to those, it might have the potential to cause irritation. I've never heard of anyone else having that issue before, though. I wonder if CaD314 has any thoughts?
Hmmm, have never heard this before. But it sounds like Garrett is right, you might just need to rinse it out. Animal hair can also by it's very nature case some allergic reactions too so consider that as well. But our brush cleaner is a soap so it will rinse it. Hope this helps!
Thanks for the input! I love my PAA stuff and I bet it is bristle. Years ago, I had a bad reaction to a badger brush, which eventually led me to all synthetic, all the time. BTW, I just added the Green Ray Tribble brush!
