There is an obvious huge growth in wet shaving not only by the sheer number of artisans coming onto the scene but, over the last three years, finding safety razors at antique stores is becoming harder and harder, especially DE vintage razors. I travel often for work, and I never had a problem finding DE safety razors three years ago in antique stores. Fast forward to today, when I ask a shop owner if they have any, I'm usually greeted with "what is it with safety razors, I haven't had any for months" or I'm met with inflated prices. I think the days of cheap vintage are over. Millenials and gen xers make up the fastest growing segment of wet shaving and they have disposal income to spare.
