Just posted on another thread, but I will repeat myself here! The Reds are my number one right now. I feel sort of twitchy if the stash drops too low!  Big Grin

Same here  Big Grin  With that said I did try the new Personna Red which are now made in Germany and although the blade looks identical it's sharper and feels closer to the Lab blue/Med preps. It's not a duplicate of the ones made in Israel. Close but not the same. So if you are in love with the Reds stick with the Israeli ones.

A long time ago (okay, only 5 years) when I started DE shaving, the Reds became my best blade. Tried many, always came back to them. I ended up with 200, ordering from WCS and as they were out of the red package, they asked if I wanted the blue 10-blade packs. I was assured they were the same blade, just packaged different for another region. In the interim, I ordered another 100 from a different vendor. My mug can''t tell a difference. But I do recall not liking the lab blue, but that was more than 4 years ago.  I really don't want to hoard blades. But you triggered that twitchy feel, Max Sprecher , and I now worry about running out!!! Tongue

MaineYooper The UK blue (10 pack) and the Red packaging are the exact same blade. Between my Straights and stash of DE's I have enough for two lifetimes  Happy2  Wink

I go back and forth between the 74s and Wilkinson Light Brigades!  The original Wilkinson London Bridge blades are right there as well!
