I have been a customer of The Holy Black company since they started out and never had any issues ordering stuff and being in contact with them. Last week I placed an order but was unable to check out, I have sent 4 e-mails since then with no response which is very unusual. Is there any one else out there encountering the same thing or would be able to help me out? These guys have been great with me in the past! Maybe someone has a more direct contact with them that could help me.
