Alpha Shaving
The Bunny V2 & V3 SE Razor by Tom White.

Who would be interested in owning one at a reasonable price? If so speak up!!!

BTW this is NOT a selling thread

I am thinking of doing a Kickstarter to bring them to the general market at a reasonable price. I have an agreement with Tom himself and indeed I have his personal razors with me.

My personal advice to you and Tom is that you don't need a Kickstarter campaign. Tom has enough clout and the razors have been reviewed enough that he could just set up pre-orders and almost certainly get whatever funds he needs for production. Kickstarter is a wonderful tool, but it (and Amazon) will take 10% right off the top. Then he'll have to discount the razors (an average KS discount is 30-50%) to incentivize backers. So it will cost roughly 40-60% of whatever the MSRP will be plus whatever costs you incur creating the campaign. That's acceptable if you need the platform to get your funding or if you need high volume to start production and can afford to break even on many units in order to meet production MOQs. But for Tom with his status in the community and the method of manufacturing, he almost certainly doesn't need it and would likely be better off with all that extra money in his pockets.

I remember this project from a couple of years back and was wondering what happened to it. I remember it got favorable reviews from folks in the pass-around. I would be VERY interested in owning one if it ever went into production.

Yup, I am in. And the design looks great as is. Please don't make it look like an Instagram product.
