Here is Tatara Nodachi Ti it arrived at my place yesterday for this passaround in Canada  Happy2

Very nice and smooth feels different and huge improvements they did mind you it’s Ti Big Grin

I’ll have another shave with it and pass onto the next person in Canada..

Many Thanks to Dan Law to make this possible and Tatara as well for us to be able to experience it in New Ti Version..

Many Thanks

The razor was delivered yesterday but I had already shaved so today was the first use. Tabac, Maol unscented a/s, DG B13 brush and a Wizamet with 3 uses.
Handle is a little long for me but it is nicely balanced and no problem with grip. It was a great shave! Efficient and smooth, I could see applying pressure because of this and have a bit of razor burn. I almost wish for a bit more blade feel to keep me honest. The OC may provide that I like the weight of Ti, how it falls between SS and Aluminum.

May want to try a corked and hand stropped Astra. Tatara responds well to Astra blades.

Nice photo; which colour is that DG?

It’s the plain grey handle. I love the B13 batch

Agreed B13 is a favourite amongst the nongelling knots (B8&c) and Austere quite fetching.

Took the OC for a spin today. First time using any Hendrix soap and I bowl lathered as opposed to face lathered, which I normally do. I shouldn’t have changed so many variables but what can I do when new stuff gets delivered? I felt the edge a lot more then yesterday, it seemed like it was there waiting to bite. It didn’t and I ended up with a nice shave, just had to pay more attention.
