Tallow + Steel

T&S scents have been so polarizing in the past that I’ll wait for reviews before making a move....

Besides keeping track of the upcoming release I'll be fully reviewing each, as I did last year here and here.

Yeah I'm probably getting this one just for the label. I mean the scent sounds nice too. But that label damn.

One thing that stands out for me is the marketing of his soaps. The jar is perfect for getting the brush loaded. Other jars are too but these are just a little bit bigger and for me are the perfect size.

Not sure if it is because of the water based splashes but the flow reducer is the best in the game. Some of the other artisan bottles are a PIA to get a once and done amount in the palm after a single shake or two.

So we have a citrus and floral. Tomorrow is aqua scent........

Ha, I don't know but based on categories of scents I dont see a barbershop coming.

Based on these posts https://damnfineshave.com/thread-tallow-...#pid207879 and  https://damnfineshave.com/thread-tallow-...#pid209069 by Ryan @ Tallow + Steel , I understand that Kyoto is the " bright fresh citrus with some light grassy/marine notes", Madagascar is the floral, and the one being revealed tomorrow is "something more of classic approachable scent (In the same scent category as say a barbershop or our old scent Classic)"

Some might consider it a barbershop be we aren’t marketing it as such.

Yes it is unfortunate, but just know that we will be producing better products now that we don’t have to sell at wholesale.
