Awesome! You can imagine the look on my trapper friend's face when he asked what I was going to do with them, and I told him that I'm going to turn them into liquid and people are going to rub it all over their faces  Big Grin

Can anyone talk a little more about the aftershave and it's healing/ skin-feel?

I've been using Chatillon Lux aftershaves and really liking how they feel on the face...

Should I get a sorta matching AS from Chatillon Lux or get the matching AS from Tallow and Steel?

I do like the bit of bite that comes with the alcohol in alcohol based aftershaves btw...

The aftershaves are milky and super moisturizing, they don't burn due to lack of alcohol, but the face feel is soft, hydrated, and not greasy.

I've got both T+S and Chatillon Lux aftershaves. (Full disclosure: Chatillon Lux is my favorite brand of aftershave, and I've got about 120 bottles of aftershave splash, with no balms.) The T+S is very soothing, and you can feel how well made it is. My bottle is alcohol-free, I believe, and if it's not, the alcohol must be a relatively minor ingredient. If you don't want to feel the burn, and want a "refreshing" type of aftershave, T+S is a good one. On my face, the Chatillon Lux aftershaves (of which I've got 14, not including the two from the Summertime series) are much more moisturizing, and create a bit of a sticky face feel, which I've come to adore. I wouldn't call it refreshing; rather, it's quite stout and assertive (and wonderful). Neither T+S nor CL have the bracing effect on my face of traditional alcohol-oriented aftershaves, from the Old Spice/Brut/Aqua Velva/Skin Bracer heritage, to the masters of the modern versions, including PAA/Derby City/Black Ship/etc. I love them all. Which is why I have so many of them.

You should get the CL summer time aftershaves to get the nice cool traditional aftershave feeling. And +1 to whatever you said about T+S

I have both of the Summertime splashes from Chatillon Lux. I really enjoy them, as they provide a very similar experience to PAA's Tombstone and Al Fin. Very oriented toward alcohol and menthol. Here in Seattle, that combo works best about two months of the year... And we're not quite there yet.
