Tallow or Vegan

Once it mattered, but with vegan artisans like PAA and Southern Witchcrafts, as examples, just pick a good soap.  Lots of choices!

I've used Southern Witchcrafts samples for the past week and find they are every bit as good as tallow

I really do t care as I find well made soap from both camps serve me well.  I suppose tradition has me leaning toward tallow but as I look at the amazing offerings in my pile I realize it’s about 50/50 and we’re I blindfolded I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.  (Except for all those screaming plants tortured for their oils).

I reach for tallow based soaps 99% of the time. For me, tallow just provides a better overall experience, most notably with the post shave feel.

That said, there are some very good vegan soaps out there these days.
