New to Wet-Shave

I am getting a Satin Tip synthetic brush (black hair) and I primarily have been using Proraso white.
Any one try this combo?
My concern is with the white film that Proraso leaves behind. The brush looks so nice I would hate it to start looking scummy or add even more time to my cleanup.
Thoughts from the group?
