There have been some mentions of Summer Break's Cannonball! That's last year's season soap from Summer Break. I loved it but it's no longer available. This year's soap - and matching splash - is Rope Swing. It, like Cannonball!, has WS-23 in it so it is truly cooling. WS-23 is an FDA approved cooling agent and it really does cool. I've just gotten Rope Swing and it's lovely. Here are the notes on it, which are pretty accurate: " The scent notes on this one are dandelion, water, moss, galbanum, juniper, ozone, patchouli, and cedar. The scent opens with a rush of green before settling down into a beautiful mix of dandelion and woodsy elements."
