Last year an Israeli brush maker introduced his version of the Bevel, sold through his Square Root Pascal Etsy shop. With exposure indicated to be .9mm and gap .93mm the CS93 is certainly more aggressive but extremely smooth.

As I'm clearing out much of my den the Square Root razor is a keeper. I use it with one bottom shim and find the performance terrific. Very highly recommended. Not affiliated.

That Bevel style razor head is really great. I remember a while back, I bought a similar design by the Bombay Shave Co. on Amazon, which had two base plates. The aggressive base plate did wonders for the razor. Recently I got a clone from China of similar design, but it had a scalloped guard, and that turned out to be the best of all. I would have loved to try this razor if the store wasn't closed.

More info on the Chinese one?

Looking at his FB page Doron is busy working on new brushes, I'm sure the store will be back.

This is the link to the one I got. These folks also have a clone of an R41 in case you're interested.

Also, ischiapp found a listing for this, which is a dual comb version, but I am waiting for a head only release:

Thanks, bought that first one. Not much of an R41 fan I keep one more for reference than anything else.

I totally agree.   I usually don't skew towards aggressive razors, but find this one to be comfortable enough.  While I don't use mine daily, I do.enjoy it in the rotation when I have a little more growth.
