I've never used these side by side but results were totally unsurprising. The Slim is more comfortable and handles much better than the short handle Gibbs. The Gibbs, with both razors set at mid aggressive, is noticeably more efficient, clearing back of my head stubble much easier than the Slim. Fresh PolSilver in each.
Smooth shave today. I use the Weishi TTO for starter kits. Nothing fancy, though new folks can use it without cutting themselves to pieces.
Meissner Tremonia is a great performer. I bought this off a sale rack and the scent was gone, so I re-scented it with Lavendar.
The White Box Plats are truly awesome blades, so of course, Gillette quit making them.

Another Artisan who closed shop in 2016 and sorely missed. Greek Peach was the first soap that I tried from this artisan and I was hooked. Have 2 others Tim's Soaps in the den.
