Budget Shave back to Basics I choose to try my Yaqi Razor Closed comb refereed by Kit on YouTube if I’m correct on his name..

And first time using closed comb Yaqi Razor shave was actually pretty good I was impressed lol wow..

Mind you I like Yaqi brushes this is what I started with and there is something for me to uphold few selected Yaqi’s Brushes that are popular..knots are really nice and their tuxedo knots can’t go wrong.

Soap Being Used Rocky Mountain Sandalwood very nice scent and it’s a Canadian Company here in Toronto great selection of products and quality is there that’s for sure..slickness and lather is amazing.

DFS-BBS  very nice and smooth shave from the Pils. The GD was, as usual, just excellent.  The Simpson Captain was wonderful also.  Not a huge knot at the base, but the loft makes it a monster latherer (I intentionally used a generous amount of the soap (intentionally messy and cheap extended-quarantine jolly’s)

It is a D01 2-Band. Has too much backbone to be soft.
