A wintery day in New York, so out came the Vespers to greet the season.  And yesterday I had gotten the ABC Apricot Hull from Italy.  ABC had a Black Friday sale and I sprung for the Apricot Hull and Almond Oil aftershaves/balms. Arrived from Milan yesterday.  I hadn't ever been willing to spring for ABC given the price being so much higher than other balms, but I had tried a number of balms and when DanLaw was so kind as to share some Almond Oil with me, I knew I had to get myself a set.  Maybe there's a better balm out there, but I'm pretty darn skeptical (and, as I said, I've tried a large number, including many praised by others here). DanLaw told me ABC was the best, and I know better than to doubt him!  Anyway, had a fine shave today and my skin feels great and smells, well, Christmas-y.
