Good morning everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Fantastic shave with which to end the workweek. Went back to Dragonsbeard and his excellent Bay Rum soap and AS from the Island Collection. Great lather built with the Wild West Brushworks "Belfour" ST brush for two passes (+ touch-up) with the 40's Aristocrat and I finished with the matching skin food lotion and some Czech & Speake "Cuba" EdC.

Hope you have a wonderful day. Smile

Boar brushes, brass razors, and hard pucks ARE traditional wet shaving. Everything else is modern day fluff for the girly men.

Been trying out different blades in the .95 WR2, think I found my new go to with the Nacet and I don’t know if it’ll be beat. Very smooth and efficient, nothing to really complain about. Previous go to was gillette super platinum, will have to do some comparison shaves between the two - although I’m low on the plats so I wouldn’t mind if the Nacet prevails. Happy Friday all!
