Excellent 3 pass shave without a touchup. Very good shave with is blade. We will see how it goes in this razor this week.

Excellent selection of products Doug. My first shave long time ago with Dorco 301 was great but went down hill from there. Hope you have better luck than I did with those blades. Gave five of them a go at it then gave them the rest that I had.

Today was shave number seven on the Polsilver.... not sure if it's a special blade or I've been binning them way to soon.

My apologies for the crappy picture.

• Seygus Red
• Feather #1
• Ωmega 11126
• Dimitri's Lavender
• Aqua Velva

3rd and probably last shave with the Seygus. Removed the shims and placed a fresh Feather blade. Did a 3 pass shave which left enough whiskers for a 4th and probably a 5th pass.

The blade in the razor is so well hidden that it barely touches the face and leaves lather behind after the pass. It is extra mild and feels like shaving with a Mach III.

Menthol Monday
Excellent shave today with Mike's Hungarian Lavender and Casablanca aftershave. The Bronze Shadow almost instantly made yogurty lather to set up my stubble for two drama free passes on six with my Futur. Casablanca added a little menthol to the slight cooling of Myrsol, leaving my face very smooth and comfortable. My wife said I smell yummy - nothing wrong with that.
Prep: Myrsol Emulsion
Soap: Mike's Hungarian Lavender
Brush: Brothers Bristles Bronze Shadow
Razor: Merkur Futur 6-6
Blade: Voskhod
AS: Casablanca
