They are such great cameras, Jim.  I still have a supply of Tri-X and Fuji Velvia. Unfortunately, I just don’t get around as easily as I used to.  I’m 100% service-connected for Parkinson’s which as you might guess doesn’t contribute well to the focusing effort, and carrying a tripod everywhere is a pain in the petoot!

Sorry to here that. I haven't used mine since I moved. Don't have a darkroom where I live now. I got rid of all my Nikon film cameras about 15 years ago when the newspaper I worked for switched over to digital.

Now I understand why your SOTD photos are so good!  You’re a retired pro, a photojournalist!

"Single-edge Sunday" comes a day early!  Happy

prep - shower with Caprina Fresh Goat’s Milk Original Formula bar soap
razor - Canadian Schick Injector Type E3
blade - Schick  (13)
brush - Fendrihan Classic Pure Grey Badger
soap - La Toja
post - warm water rinse, DSA “Pure & Natural” alum, cold water rinse
aftershave - Italian Barber GIT

Of the three Schick Injectors that I own, this E3 is my least favourite.
In fact, my broken Type G (when duct-taped to any of various handles) is smoother and nicer.
Tonight I gave it a go anyway, used an absolute minimum of pressure, and got a blood-free BBS.

Plus I'm in a good mood since Friday afternoon, when I got a Chickadee to land on my hand.
It's been at least a year since that's happened.
