I had a Video done for this one but it cam out too long and Rushed. so I plan on redoing this shave this weekend.
Preshave: Proraso White
Strop: 3' English Bridle Ezra Arthur Black Strop
Brush: ShaveMac D01 28mm custom 2 band
ShaveSoap: Wholly Kaw Donkey Milk Agrumi in Estate
Bowl: Castle Shave Lather Bowl
Razor: Custom ShaveSmith 7/8 French Point
AfterShave:Wholly Kaw Donkey Milk Agrumi in Estate
not really fond of the scent... but the soap base is out of this world!! way better than anything else ive ever tried... and I mean by far. lather was very thick and creamy, lots of protection, and lots of slickness. much more than I am normally used too with wholly kaw products. as some of you may agree I find Wholly Kaw(performance wise not scent) to be one of the leaders in innovation. very proper sense of R&D is going into their product base and it is well noted by myself and I am sure others.
excellent product but I think the scent off the puck smelled like drying paint. the aftershave smelled like nail polish remover(a much nicer lemony one) it wasn't until mid way into the shave where the scent notes lightened up on me and started to feel refreshing. definitely a summer scent! you can really feel this menthol in the aftershave. great product over all and I hope they use this base more often than not
