Outstanding shave today with these shaving products. DFS. The Route 66 Sweeney Todd shaving soap is brimming with the aroma of delicious Sicilian blood oranges, with their signature spicy berry undertone, blended with a hint of fir, warmed on a rich woody base.

Chris, the brush was put together by a friend.  He found the Olivewood handles on, I believe, eBay; I think they come from Israel.  He then went to The Golden Nib (TGN), got the knot, and put the brush together for me.  This was a complete surprise gift and I had no idea that he was going to do this.  The handle is gorgeous, in my opinion, and the knot is just incredible.  It is easily one of my favorite brushes and gets a decent workout in my rotation.

SOTD - I Coloniali

I used a fresh Personna 74 with this first go of this soap so it's difficult to place how good or otherwise I Coloniali is. I don't know what I'll do when these 74's are finished, sharpest smoothest and not to mention the hardiest blade I've ever used. I eventually settled on Meta Nectar for the post and I felt it worked nicely with the soap.

I Coloniali Soap
ATT S1 Atlas
Personna 74 Blade (1)
BSSW S7 Cocobolo 26mm Finest
PAA Meta Nectar Splash
