A refreshing 2 pass shave with the Variant. The Rose Gold version has excellent finish with superb blade alignment and precise fitment. The dial knob is firmer and the numbers are spot on without any play. Parker has been getting better with their Q/C it so seems. The DG/Chatillon collaboration with the Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli soap and splash are just simply magnificent. When you open up the tub and aftershave tops, you just get a tremendous dose of spring floral but the patchouli gives it that slightly earthy, green, slight pine like masculine finish.
