Today was my first birthday shave since I started wet shaving about five months ago.

Pre-shave: None
Brush: Revolution Badger (has become one of my favorite brushes)
Soap: Mystic Waters - Poggio de Pini (I had been planning to use B&M Fireside for a couple weeks but, for some reason, the Poggio just felt right this morning)
Razor: Gillette Black Beauty (was able to purchase this back in June and I have been "patiently" waiting ever since as I wanted today to be the first time I used it)
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (still exploring blades but this one has moved to the top of what I've tried)
Aftershave: Old Spice - the original formula (Someone gave me this for my birthday when I first started shaving. I rarely used it, let alone any aftershave until I started wet shaving. Can't believe how lucky I was to not throw it away over the past "few" years)

The shave turned out to be fantastic...not quite BBS in all areas, but absolutely no irritation. Even better, my wife's birthday is tomorrow so I'll get to use the Black Beauty again very soon Smile

Razor: Timeless OC w/TRH2 Pineapple Design
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (4)
Brush: Elite Razor Tres Amigo Desert Ironwood Beehive w/Envy White
Soap: Route 66 Twisted Tweed
Aftershave: Fine Platinum

The Timeless is a pleasure to use. When accompanied with the TRH2 handle it is very easy to maneuver around trouble spots. I like the 100 mm length also. Finished with a near BBS.
