Good picture of a loaded brush. How do you like the Bufflehead soaps?
Hi Doug, thanks! That's about a minute or so of loading- abundant lather. I feel the Bufflehead soap from Justin are among the best out there. Very easy to lather, great cushion and slickness. Here's some more comprehensive thoughts after a few uses.

Net/net is I really like Bufflehead and think Justin has done a great job creating a remarkable performer. Only downside is availability being very hard to come by.

Doug@Timeless OC + Gillette Platinum Plus I switched back from the Stork Ti to the Timeless stainless handle; I love the Aristocrat but prefer the balance of a heavier handle.

Excellent Menthol Monday photograph Guy. I had to put a sweater on after viewing your picture. Smile
Thank you Doug. Excellent, super smooth two pass shave and Arctique was definitely an eye opener to finish it off. I need to use this shave soap more often as it's truly one of the best I have ever used. Too bad Prairie Creations went out of business but understandable due to health issues.

Pre shave - Prep
Razor – Weber ARC
Blade – Zorrik Super Platinum
Brush - New Forest Tubby 1 Finest
Soap – Mike's Natural
Post - Witch Hazel

Well, there's a blade that exceeded my expectations.. at first it felt a little rough, but it was obviously sharp, and smooth enough to deliver an irritation free, BBS shave.. colour me gobsmacked!! I'll be using those again.

Pretty much done testing a soap I have been working on for the past six months. It's vegan and palm free (no stearic acid from palm)

Talk about YMMV! Somewhere here on the site, we have a thread for one's worst blade.  For me, the Zorrik won (or lost Tongue ) hands down.
