Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.
Wonderful shave with which to close out the workweek! Had another shave planned but changed this morning, deciding to go back to the Shulton "Old Spice" shaving soap & ASL. Great old school scent with exceptional lather built with the Simpson "Chubby" 1 Manchurian badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the Gillette Fatboy and I finished with the matching aftershave lotion & vintage Avon "Brisk Spice" EdC.

I have only had one shave; it is a very different animal from Le Maurice, which I like to have positive exposure, 0.7 works perfectly for me and is somewhat more efficient than Maurice, Augustin is a genius of geometry.

June 21-Great way to start the day.
Pre: Razor Emporium pre soap
Brush: Zenith Badger
Razor: Lambda Athena SS
Bowl: Cayuen Domino
Blade: My-Blade Silver
Soap: Rex 1955
Post: Reapplied soap to face and left it on till bowl and brush were cleaned. Then rinsed off and did a cold rinse
Alum block, Witch Hazel
A/S: Rex 1955 a/s and balm
Score: 9.75/10. BBS
