Route 66 Sweeney Todd today. 20 seconds to load the WD Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Personna Med Prep still in the Gillette NEW SC. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Bentley Intense EdT.

Breaking in this Semogue is being a bit of a PITA. Tips are already broken in and soft, it's just that it's nowhere as efficient when lathering up the soaps than my 1305 or Omega 31052. I love boar brushes and that's why I'm insisting with this one, I just don't wanna put it aside and forget about it. It's had three consecutives shaves and it looks like it's improved some. I hope it reaches its full potential soon. The soap is from a sample I had somewhere in the bottom of a drawer, it's the old Catie's formula. Great slickness and good protection, absolutely lovely scent.
