Today I'm testing out a new mail call razor - the Alpha Outlaw. Also testing it against one I'm about to let go of - Tatara Muramasa, just to see if I really wanna let it go. I love the design, build and look of the Muramasa, but as a shaver it doesn't work well for me. Maybe others are different. But the Alpha, on the other hand, very nice efficient and smooth shave. Its a heavy razor, buit like a tank, and the feedback is good, but it feels like a mild razor, yet is quite efficient. I'd say similar to my Timeless Ti95. It feels good in the hand and it did a nice job this morning for a 2-pass BBS. Seaforth Fleur de France is a very nice Barbershop scent - enjoy that sometimes on a cold morning - which it is here in North Texas.
