Taking a break from 74 testing.
I picked up this brush (VdH boar) for a whopping $3.99 from local TJMaxx - a perfect case of YGWYPF. After several test lather and 'accelerated boar break in' process, this brush is now barely usable. Not sure why am I not throwing this.
To reduce irritation (as some brush burn is guaranteed), I picked up OB.
Mallard is quite possibly the best soap for OB.

I actually did not shave this morning. This is the setup I would have used if I had not been in a local Emergency Room with a severe GI viral infection. It would have been good...

Single pass evening head shave, Fatip-Yaqi DOC. Great shave , the combination not as mild as anticipated, very efficient but more forgiving than the Fatip stock.
