Sold Shun Classic 5.5 Santoku (Japanese Chef Knife)

I decided to go a different direction with my knifes, so up for sale is this pretty much brand new Shun Classic 5.5 inch Santoku.  You probably could shave with it but it's better as a jack of all trades in your kitchen.  Awesomely sharp true Japanese knife that exudes quality.  New at $150 or take this one for $120 shipped in the USA.
