Offered is a rare, beautiful Orient Star Retro-Future Motorcycle men's wristwatch, model number FH03002B. Inspired by the classic design of 1950s Italian motorcycles, the watch was produced in limited numbers in 2007-2008. It has an open-heart semi-skeleton dial with asymmetrical sub-dials and panels. The watch is powered by a 23-jewel 46S50 automatic self-winding movement and keeps excellent time. The teal-colored dial has blue-accented white luminous hands and indices, with a white gas tank shape between 2 and 5. Hour numbers and 'missing seconds' of the sub-dial are printed on the inside of the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. A 40-hour power reserve indicator suggesting driving time is at 12, speedometer second hand at 6, and sprocket gear 'open heart' at 9.
It has a solid, round stainless steel case with a fixed bezel and a textured screw-down crown. Width is 42mm with crown guard and height is 52mm with lugs. The skeleton case back has see-through glass allowing a view of the movement. It is water resistant to 100m (330ft). The watch comes with its original 20mm stainless steel bracelet with a fold-over deployment safety clasp and five (5) additional aftermarket bands, including a genuine Orient black leather one, as well as a padded black Orient display case and the owner manual. Each aftermarket band cost $12-20. The watch has been worn infrequently and just shows normal wear, and the display case shows wear.
Asking $200 shipped CONUS. (Retail price without the extra aftermarket bands was $336.) Shipping to other countries with USPS electronic delivery confirmation is available at added actual shipping cost. SOLD
