Sold Mike Natural Soap: Barbershop

I'm confused...I sent a PM to the OP a week ago about the soap and never heard anything back.  now Brian_Pollock is saying this is his soap?!?!    

My apologies. I am not getting these PMs for some reason. I will look into this. I just checked again still don't see a message. But please don't take personal offense, it was not intentional and I am willing to admit user error here. Let me see if I can figure out what is going on. Again my apologies.

the only thing I can surmise is that you have two accounts on the forum...1 you initially registered with and then one through tapatalk. if you'd like, I can merge the two together then you won't have issues of missing messages and such.

Ok, so this was definitely my fault. I just sat down on my desktop and all the messages were there. For some reason they still are not showing up on my phone though. I don't understand why. Indeed andrewjs did message me first, but since I didn't see it I told lance I would trade with him. Again this was my fault because I didn't realize my phone wasn't displaying PMs. I am open to suggestions. What is the fairest way to handle this? I feel bad about the whole thing and I guess the lesson for me here is not to rely on the mobile version of the forum. My apologies to both of you, please let me know what you think.
