You won't get too many people willing to do PayPal Gift.

It doesn't violate any DFS rules, but may be against PayPal rules as it isn't a straight forward transaction of gifting money to friends & family.

Thank you for fixing that as soon as it was pointed out to you.  As @Bruce stated, those are PayPal's rules, not DFS's.  However, we do respect PayPal's rule on this and, as such, do not permit it.  Again, thank you for the quick fix.
