Soaps that get no love

I have a ton of soaps (and a few creams) and as I was sorting through them last night (I rotate some into the house and store others in the garage fridge) I was struck by how few of them get much banter on the forum.  I'm still using, enjoying, and keeping them because they hit all the marks I desire from a soap but I do wonder why they get no love on the forums.  Let's run down some of the names and if you have been at this game this might be nostalgic.  All of them had a "day in the sun" but have been supplanted by the newer formulae containing exotic ingredients like mothers milk and pixie dust.

Prairie Creations
Portman
Honeybee
Arko
Nannys
Gingers Garden
Trumpers (suicide)
Fitjar (done)
Klar Seifen
Nancy Boy
Tabula Rasa
Col. Conk
Caties Bubbles
And several others

All were popular.  Some are dead and gone.  Most are still available, efficacious, and in my opinion as good as the "newer" flavors of the day.  My trek through the ridiculousness of my soap collection showed me I don't need to chase the newer offerings as these will do just fine.  Anyone else have "blast from the past" soaps that you love but get no forum mentions?

Tabula Rasa remains a favorite soap, this despite the fact that they’re somewhat overpriced. Though I have eight different flavors, Dezember & Dark Lavender see the most use.

Olivia’s is another German soap that flies beneath the radar yet maintains a regular spot in the rotation.

I recently became a fan of Ginger’s Garden & her now discontinued Citrus Paradise is my favorite warm weather soap/AS ... in fact, her aftershaves may be one of the best kept, wet shaving secrets. Great, great stuff!

My Ogallala & Klar Seifen soaps do nothing but collect dust & I really need to change that ...  both are decent decent performers.

Cella. I don't think I have ever had a bad shave with it. Gillette New LC, Omega pro 48 and a polsilver give me a great shave every single time. I just finished my tub of Cella and probably won't buy anymore. Too many soaps to work through. I wold highly recommend it to someone new though.

Cella used to be weekly forum fodder. Solid soap no doubt.

Valobra is one of my favorites. I still bust out the Williams on occasion. Been a long time since I've seen a Williams lather thread

Just acquired a puck of Valobra Patchouly and it is a fine soap.  I like it so much it's in reserve while I plough through the LPL's.  

There's a Williams thread on B&B right now.  Folks were experimenting using Williams like stick soap with good results.  I just stick it in a mug and shave with it... for 45 years.  Probably need to over think it some so it'll make crumby lather...  

I used Williams for over a decade before we started Black Tie.
