Simpson "Super 2 Band" Compendium -- all handle styles ever made

This is a project. It is quite an undertaking and I will need your help - as I don't have them all (yet...).

I'd like to see this thread turn into a representation of all handle styles ever made in the famed 2 Band Simpson hair dating from about late 2011 to 2013. This has been the period where Simpson was able to source a very specific hair grade in a consistent fashion - earlier hair was often scritchy, later hair (duped "silvertip") did not have the same attributes (not as fine, not as soft).

How do you recognize this batch?

Feel/Looks:
This 2 band grade consists out of very fine and thin hair with incredibly soft tips. The hair is resilient, but itself has not much backbone. Backbone is created with the pronounced bulb shape of the knots of this time.

Packaging:
Old, green-grey Simpson boxes (the red ones were introduced later)

Labeling
Many are set in "Super" or even "Best" labeled handles, as this hair was rather rare and had no "dedicated name", i.e. whatever handles were available were used. Hair was typically referred to as "Super 2 Band". The are some as of 2013 labeled "silvertip" but this was because they were custom orders.

Sticker:
All were made with the old "Made in England" stickers ("Made in Great Britain" was switched to later). This is also how to distinguish modern "silvertip" labeled brushes from the former batch: the latter shows "made in England" stickers.

Starting with a custom made M7 "Silvertip" from 2012: 25/54mm (notice how much fuller this knot is vs current offerings that are typically 23mm knots).
