Nice shave! I didn't realize you were into Detroit and the DEMF (or Movement as it's called now). I went during the free years ('00-'03 as you said) and it was great fun. I kinda drifted away from that scene though and haven't gone to the festival since. Glad you are still enjoying them!

i absolutely love the festival (and the city), it's breaking my heart that i may not go this year. i have a couple videos where i talk about about how i understand the history of techno and acid house. i'll link them if you'd like. that's assuming you like dance music - which is a little presumptuous on my part, yeah? lol

Sure @uncle_dubya, I'll check them out. I'll still listen to some electronic stuff from time to time. I'm definitely not up on any new stuff, it seems the music has changed a bit since I was really into it. But yeah man, I'm literally a stone's throw from 8 Mile and Woodward!
