as far as restaurants, I love these ones and try to get to them when I'm in Vegas:
Hash House A Go Go -  The Linq
Gordon Ramsay Burger - Planet Hollywood
Wicked Spoon (amazing buffet) - Cosmopolitan

some recent spots my wife and I have tried that we liked a lot:
Holsteins - Cosmopolitan
Yardbird Southern Table & Bar - Venetian
The Charcoal Room - Sante Fe Station Hotel & Casino

I met up with  Michael PMatsilainen and Hobbyist at The Charcoal Room when I was in Vegas this past November....the food was awesome and it was a great pleasure meeting them all!

now we need to eventually put together a shaving conference/event in Vegas so I have an excuse to go back out there!

Heck, if I'm not busy, I'll make my airline/hotel reservations now. Big Grin  I'm going to Reno with a friend next month and it will be my first visit there since the summer of 1975.  I have no idea what to expect but am hoping it will be fun. Winking

haven't made it to Reno yet myself, but I've heard from some friends who drove through there and stayed a couple times on their trips from Indiana to San Francisco (which is where they now live) that it's a pretty cool place.

I live in Las Vegas and i only know of the sharp shop other than the usual AOS ect.

However, plenty of restaurants out here. Some really lovely places to eat in Summerlin where i live.

Vegas is an amazing little city with a lot more to do than just the strip. Go out and explore....Smile

I just looked up the restaurants you suggested and I noticed there is a Hattie B's Hot Chicken at the Cosmopolitan. I used to eat there when I lived in Nashville, so I'll definitely have to make trip there.

Holsteins has great burgers. I was gonna mention it but forgot the name.

Andrew - We ate at Charcoal Room in Palace Station, near the strip. There is another one in Sante Fe but that's a bit of a drive from Henderson.

I’ll have to try Holstein’s. I like a good burger. I’ll just have to make sure it’s not the same day I eat In N Out. I like to go there every trip since they’re not in my area.

yeah, we noticed that too, though we didn't eat there. We did go there when we were in Nashville and enjoyed it a lot.

I enjoyed Holsteins..great burger, nice place, cool ambiance and it's inside 1 of my favorite hotels that I'm yet to stay in.

I knew Sante Fe didn't look right but that's what kept popping up when I searched online. I fixed it. Tongue

You'll enjoy it. Try Gordan Ramsay's Burger inside Planet Hollywood too...great burgers, in my opinion.

If you're looking for a shaving shop in Las Vegas, there are a few options that may be worth checking out. The Art of Shaving has a location in the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, and they offer a range of grooming products and services. There is also The Shave Barbershop, located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, which offers traditional straight razor shaves and other grooming services. In addition to these options, you may want to explore the local kava bars. On the internet you can find out more what are kava bars. I'm sure you'll like it.
