The Deets-
Well, the WSP was sidelined for just a bit. I was asked to test and review a homemade Bay Rum. The presentation is nice, with the custom label and all. I’ll reserve a public review for another time, but I will say it smells good. The H Diamond gave me a couple of love nibbles, probably because she hasn’t been on deck in a while. The JNat edge is still going strong and it’s deceptively sharp. Life is good!

The Deets-
TGITHMF! You read that right I got Friday off, thank goodness. I thought I would ease into the day and the weekend with a bit of Lavender. As I mentioned earlier in the week, the Clarus was scored in a PIF. I haven’t tried a soap from Grooming Department yet, so it was a nice change up. Man, great shaves this week. Life is good!

Congrats Tim and enjoy the time off! Still debating my day tomorrow whether to work or scrap it.........

Got several errands done yesterday and that lined up some things for next week. Today the missus wanted a new kitchen faucet so, knocked that out and then got my late morning shave on. Going to see my mom and stepdad today, so I broke out the good stuff. Life is good!

The Deets-
So here we are. What little bit of the Gaelic Tweed that was left is now in a clown puke tub and we have a new soap for the work week. Our department is in the office today and tomorrow and we are de-cluttering our spaces in preparation for a floor move. So I went with the lighter scent of Duc De Santal. I like the scent of this soap, but I’m not sure if it will make it into my top 10. Maybe. There is so much competition. But I am trying to get down to 10 soaps, so we will see.

Had an excellent shave this morning and that was the way to start the day. The Henckels just delivers. The hinge pin needs a little snugging up, but I’ll get that this evening. Life is good!

Another very nice shave this morning. Nice wrap up to the work week and I am so glad it’s Friday. I think I have a few honey do’s to do tonight and more this weekend … yah! I’m not going to try and 3017 this soap just yet, there are a few ahead of it. I know inquiring minds wanted to know. I think that’s all I have at the moment. Life is good!
