The razor is currently with me. I love the handle on this razor, the finish is very stunning and striking in blue. Build quality is top notch, excellent blade alignment.

I'm currently using a Rapira blade. Overall the shaves have been effective and comfortable. No razor burn. Shaves are comparable to using a Tech.

Just received the razor on Thursday and am going to have the first shave with it today. Will report back with my first impressions.

I would say the razor is in pretty good shape for having been shipped across the US for 4 months. Couple of scratches and could use a cleaning, but overall it has held up well.

After my first shave my initial thoughts are that this is a mild razor, but still efficient at getting a good shave. The razor is quite light, which felt a little odd at first as I have gotten used to using a heavier razor. I find the razor aesthetically pleasing, and think it looks good in the den.

I'll post some more thoughts after I've used the razor for a few days.

I live in the USA. I was wondering if it would be possible to get in on the pass around. I realize how late it is. I know how long this has been treading water, so I get it if I'm too late. I'd be glad to leave feedback as per the request and rules. I'm interested because I'm a serious buyer, but I would never buy something at this price point without trying it first. Please let me know. Thanks.

CJohnLaitly, I'll make an exception and add you. FulhamShaver, please send it to CJohnLaitly when you're finished with it.

Just shipped the razor out, should arrive shortly.

I want to say thank you for allowing us the opportunity to test this razor out, very generous. I'm no expert so my feedback may not be very helpful, but it is as follows.

Appearance and feel:
I like everything about how this razor looks, just beautiful. There were some chips and dings in the plating that others had noticed, and that's really the only negative. Whether that comes from being shipped all over, or is something that would happen from regular use, I don't know. Either way, didn't effect performance. Very easy to grip, no slipping at all. My only complaint on this front is that it is too light for me. I appreciate that it comes with the weight that also extends the length, but I found it too light with the weight and never tried it without.

Use:
My first impression was mild yet efficient. Upon further use I felt that it was more mild than I care for personally. Certainly the mildest razor that I've used so far. I'm not sure if it was just me, but I just couldn't get my trouble spots shaved completely. That's why they are called trouble spots I suppose, but normally I don't have patches of visible hair remaining after 3 passes. I felt that due to the lightness and mild nature of the razor that I had to press to achieve a better shave. Too aggressive I think I could compensate for, but too mild is not something I thought I would have experienced.

I think that this is a good razor, perhaps not for me, but I can see someone enjoying it. Using it certainly made me curious to try one of their other razors.

Bottom line:
Beautiful razor. Very light, very mild. I think it would be a great razor if you wanted a guaranteed easy shave and didn't want to worry about irritation.

Thanks to everyone who made this pass around possible! I really appreciated the chance to give this razor a try.
