I hope you can see the shine! Paul at Trotter Handcrafts graciously fixed a blemish I made while trying to add more CA coatings. Well, he did it it a darn mite finer than I could! Thanks Paul Stubble Daddy!
And the knot setting is dead on. It is a bad camera angle making it look funky!

Received my first Trotter Handcrafts brush…supposedly a blemished handle but I’ll be darned if I can see anything wrong!
The picture doesn’t do justice to the richness of color and the pearlescent shift of the swirling as the light interacts with it…it’s pretty darn cool!

Last week saw the mail box receive shave gear on several days. All in this photo arrived within days of each other. A brush from Trotter Handcrafts, a new puck of Sensitive Skin from Michelle Mystic Water (this soap has been in my shave drawer continuously since I started shaving with soap and brush in late 2015, it's that great for me!), and a Type M adjustable Schick with the guard protector lever. In the razor is a new Schick Injector II blade, but those blades arrived in August.
Arriving Saturday last, this Type N arrived. I got it due to the fact that Twin blades work well in it, and I thought it looked very straight-forward, like "I'm here to shave, let's get it done" sort of look.

Good stuff in the mail today! First, from Paul mrdoug (and Paul Stubble Daddy who made it!) I have a neat red razor stand for my Yates fat handle, Seen here next to a Trotter Handcrafts handle.
Next, a razor that was an impulse buy on the 'Bay because I thought the handle looked "groovy!!" I believe it to be a Type I or J long handle, but will research this out more.
Lastly, no photo, but a 30mm Cashmere knot arrived. Alas, it is a smidge too big for the handle socket. Drats! A 28mm knot seemed to have a bit of wiggle room, so I continue looking and buying! Thank goodness most synthetic knots are inexpensive!
