RIP Whitey Ford

The Chairman has died after a long life. A lefty, he was one of my idols when I was a kid. I saw him pitch against another of my idols, Sandy Koufax, in game 4 of the 1963 World Series. I also saw Frank Howard and Mickey Mantle hit home runs in the game. My dad and I had seats along the first base line, one of the thrills of my life.
