I have the bergamot lavender soap from them and its great. I want to try black cherry next. I might try this one too. I like pine smell. is it like fresh cut pine wood smell?

Which balm did you get?  There is zero alcohol in them as  we use alcohol free witch hazel distillate. If you got Bay Rum,  it's the cinnamon.  Whatever the scent,  it's most likely something specific in the fragrance causing the irritation.

was the barbershop and margarita in the arctic. I tried the barbershop again today and yesterday and it hasn't given me a burning feeling. I wonder if it was it and the soap i used last being a bad combination. do you know if you're ever make a black cherry one?

We did make a black cherry once, but it didn't sell so we discontinued it.  We may bring it back at some point if we continue to grow.
