Reeking awful soap scents

Nocturne (Zingari Mann/B&M) First use of this one tonight. The label indicates "apple, leaves, woodsmoke." Off the puck I got a heavy dose of yeast, musty cheese, and woodsmoke. Lathering it up releases a very faint apple smell.

ewk, thanks for this note. I hope your shave went well. I got only one use out of my tub of Nocturne. The description looked intriguing, but the lather lit me up like a Roman candle. Something about apple scents just toasts me. But that yeast and musty cheese still sound so tempting.

The shave was excellent. Very creamy lather that built very easily. Quite a shame you had such a strong reaction.
