It is absolutely normal to think so.
The problem is that it's not true.
A beautiful dream can quickly turn into a bad nightmare.

The problem I mentioned (peumonia), related to the compulsory incorrect use of masks (both FFP2 / FFP3, and especially the TNT surgical ones) due to the lack of suitable change, is not part of the normal guidelines. Just knowing about them would be a good thing for people.

But here we are in a different scenario, and worse.
With moisture, retained in masks used for too long, bacterial and fungal proliferation is created.
The former is easier to handle.
The second is more resistant.

This is why the method that I am using in the pharmacy exploits all my skills, both in hygiene and in chemistry.
Practically:
1. Use TNT gauze to protect the skin (even a tissue is fine, as long as it is delicate but disposable material)
2. Use the mask only for the time required
3. Spray the mask with chlorhexidine spray at the end of the shift
4. Leave to act stored in the original mask bag (primary container), until the next day

I think the difference in how razors are treated post shave has got alot to do with it being a form of drudgery for them, a hobby for us.
