I actually got it last Saturday and used it earlier today when I had time. 

I wasn't planning on using it originally, I started my shave with the omega professional boar and Cella but I usually don't get good loads with Cella using boar hair so I decided to quickly bring in the synthetic. Ran it through some water a few seconds, began loading and wow. It was a legit brush. 

I didn't load it up too heavily and havn't tried it on any other soaps, but I was impressed. For about $21 CDN, I think it's a pretty good deal.

This brush is fantastic . To me it's identical to the EJ synthetic large with v2 fibre. Wouldn't be surprised if the fibre is just that. It's also at about half the cost. To me it's a best kept secret that not many would give a chance. Joe always impresses at IB.

Got one today from my friend David ( waveflow ) and seems to be a great brush for its price.

I can find nothing on the Internet as to who makes the fibers. Gen 4 Muehle?
