Is that the regular V3 plate or the aggressive one? And is that the UFO handle? Thanks!

It is the regular V3 base plate.  Yes that's the ufo handle.

Any reports on how aggressive the "A" plate is?

I just used "A". It is pretty efficient, similar to Cobra.
I can easily say this is a good aggressive razor.
I used Feather Super Pro, will try Schick or Feather Pro next time.

My first impressions of V3
To me it shaves just as smooth as V2 and maybe a slight more aggressive. It could be from the added weight of SS vs aluminum.  I used the V3 with a titanium handle and that weight works best for me. I shave almost everyday so I don't like super huge gaps and super aggressive razors like some love on here.  To me this is perfect for a daily shaver. The slimmed down base plate and top cap are a good improvement to me.  The larger lather slots are a welcomed improvement too.  I've been waiting awhile for the SS version to come out and the wait was worth it.  I use to use the V2 as my daily driver and initially the changes made to V3 are for the better.

I sailed the maiden voyage with the V3 "A" model today.  hope this is not just the honeymoon because it strongly impresses as a gentle beast.  Knowing that the Hawk was coming, I  held off shaving, so it had five days of growth to deal with.  I had a smooth almost BBS shave after two passes, and a butter smooth BBS after three.

As others have mentioned, the large lather slots and narrow head are both improvements.  Shaving under the nose, for example, is simplified.  Flow through was great, although that may be partly due to the larger gap, but in any case, the blade was unclogged and free to cut the way it should.    I would not have chosen the Super Knurl handle because I already owned one, but I used it because the razor shipped that way, and it worked well. I like the weight.

Hawk V3 "A":  Very smooth, very efficient, and fairly nimble too.  I like the V2 too, but the V3-A is a notably different razor IMO. Definitely recommend!

Nice detail on the V3 head, from Reddit.
The posts in V3 are inverted.
Not as usual on the topcap, but on the base.

I don't think It's useful, so It's not good for me.

That is an astute observation ischiapp, although for me, both the V2 and V3 load and unload the blade easily. Is there something besides loading and unloading that concerns you?
